At Vanguard Supported Housing we don't just provide accommodation; We provide support, guidance and most importantly a chance to become more independent. Tailoured, person-focused support plans allow us to work with our residents and help them achieve their own individual goals.
Vanguard Supported Housing has worked with thousands of individuals, guiding and teaching them the skills required to live a more fulfilled life.
- We offer supported accommodation with support staff onsite from 9am - 5pm, Monday to Friday.
- We also offer semi-independent accommodation with floating support staff.
- We assist with benefits, long term housing, training and guidance on returning to employment.
- All our accommodation has security officers who regularly conduct site checks.

We have a strict tenant code of conduct that our residents have to adhere to, which in turn allows us to help keep them and the wider community safe.
All our support team are DBS checked and regulary monitored to ensure they remain suitable to work alongside vulenerable adults.
Creating Positive Environments
We work alongside third-party agencies to tackle substance and alcohol abuse, we offer help and guidance with mental health challenges to our tenants. Our support workers conduct regular risk assessments and review support plans to ensure our tenants work towards achievable and person centred goals.
High Standard Living Spaces
We beleieve that everyone has the right to live in a safe environment that feels like home. We keep our properties well maintained, thanks to our in-house Maintenance Team and pride ourselves on our high quality accommodation.
CCTV and Security Managed Sites
Many of our properties have CCTV throughout the comunal areas, around the perimiter and gardens. Our security staff have remote access to this to ensure the safety of our residents and the community we work within.
